When I was younger my parents didn't want me eating because they thought I might be allergic to it but for 3 years straight I ate turkey sandwiches with extra mayo and I've been stuff with egg in my whole life. And my dad always said I could eat eggs but I was still hesitant but eventually I worked up the courage so I made him a deal he buys me fried chicken and I'll try an egg. So yesterday we went to my favorite fried chicken place and today we went to Starbucks and I had an egg sandwich (without the bacon) and it was good didn't really taste like much but I did it I ate an egg and my Dad is so proud of me So I guess with the right support we can get pass our anxieties and fears am I right |
