This rule is probably designed to reign in bots and/or spammers who post excessively for engagement or the manipulate internet discourse.

Nothing new. Gladly never ever used it at all. To this day no ACC on x l, facebook, instashit and what they all are called. Couldn't care less about this "content".
But x seems the worst....

I think even at my very peak of activity, I do not think I ever crossed the threshold of 50 new posts or 200 replies. Not that I am some epic user of it or anything.
