Not in my lifetime. I imagine the first few colonies will be for corporate mining projects or something with less than ideal living situations. I'd probably just be programming some kind of mining robot rather than any kind of hard labor, but I imagine the novelty of traveling to a new world would wear off quickly after a few weeks of eating gruel and not seeing real grass.

No. I have a fear of falling and going into space is perpetually falling. Unless I was put into stasis, I don’t know if I could even make the trip without too much anxiety.
