Whoa! I have this set from when I was a kid! It was one of my favorites!

I love the older sets. I can see the dust on the bricks, mine look like that too

I definitely had this set as a kid, because I recognize every single one of those pieces, but I never saw it assembled before!

Same :)

I had this one! The shark piece with the articulating mouth was the best!

Oh, damn. I’m a little younger than that but inherited a ton of Legos from my cousins and recognize many of these pieces. So cool to see them in their original set!

Hey mate you come highly recommended from pegjesus on lemmy.world. He said you are into history and stuff. I got this account just to talk to you. Hit me back mate.

Oh my god, thank you for reviving this memory

This set was great! This era of lego was awesome. The whole knights thing shortly after this one was also excellent

I miss the obnoxiously large base pieces

Alright, you clackers missed so many bricking pieces here. You missed the clicking stairs! The clicking stairs!!

And then you missed the black corner pieces, ya know, the ones that look all bricking huge and tall? Well, I changed them clacking things into bricking grey. GRAY! GREY!!

And then, do you have any clue in Bricksburg what I did next??!! Do YOU!?? No?!? I'll tell you. There is no clicking bottom mast!!! Muahaha!!!! I DID THAT!!!! Motherbrickers!!!!! Buahahahahahaahaha!!!!!!!

I also made one of the 1x1x5 in 1x1's. Oops.
