At least where I'm at, its pretty easy to get a prescription. I just scheduled a virtual appointment for the next morning and then had a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Probably paid like $0-30 between the appointment and prescription? I was still questioning if I wanted HRT at the time; it was only after trying it that I knew it was something I wanted. Informed consent is great.

Estrogen on the other hand has no recreational use, which is why it’s unlikely for any dealer to even know how to source it.

I have a litany of my own serious health issues, so I am glad I don't have that too. However, now that they are almost 50, their life is miserable, and they probably will not make 60 :(
