So a few days ago I made a post saying I couldn't find my Charr character and instead had a level 1.

Well as it turns out I checked the account further and the HoT I bought a long time ago is missing. So this set off some alarm bells since at the time I had 2 email addresses.

Unfortunately the email I used had closed services long ago. Thankfully support was really excellent here, and since I had the code from the expansion I purchased on Amazon, along with lots of other information to confirm I was the account creator and owner, they switched the email over to a new one I had access to. From there I reset my password, confirmed the new email, and logged into the game (2fa was already set up on my phone). Sure enough my lvl 80 Charr Guardian (good guesses everyone) was there!

Big shout out to support who was super fast and helpful and thanks to everyone who responded to my original post. Seems like I have a lot to catch up on.

If i wanted an account pair to level with my Wife, does anyone have any suggestions?
