Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.

In short:

A former board member of the Women's Shed in Ballarat has been accused of making anti-transgender comments at a meeting this week.

The former member was allegedly asked to leave the building and informed that authorities would be called if she returned.

The Women's Shed Ballarat says it wants to reassure members that it remains committed to being a safe and inclusive space.
