Where's the section about this being a borderline illegal round-tripping scam? He's basically just cycling assets between these companies in order to create the illusion that they're profitable...when they aren't. FFS, SpaceX is now Tesla's single largest customer.

How is that not illegal?

The right, or wrong depending on your perspective, people are making money off it.
