I built a small open-source Android app called **Swap**. It starts a local HTTP server on your phone, and anyone on the same Wi-Fi can open the URL in their browser to upload, download, and manage files — no app install needed on the other side.

Features:

• Browse, upload, download files from any browser
• Download multiple files as ZIP
• Search + sort (name, size, date)
• Optional password protection per file
• QR code for easy connection
• Unicode filenames (Persian, Arabic, Chinese, etc.)
• Runs in background as a foreground service
• No cloud, no account, no tracking

It's MIT licensed and available on F-Droid. Would love feedback!
