A vehicle with a custom plate instead of an actual NC license plate. The custom plate is of the Appalachian quilt pattern, green triangles on the bottom representing mountains, blue diamond shapes in the middle (horizontally) representing clear sky, yellow triangles at the top representing a beautiful sunset, white 8-pointed star in the middle.

NC plate on the back but we are using the same body shop in VB. Knotts Island? Howdy neighbor, I'm in Pungo.
