Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.
Please don't upload pornographic content. (use an external image host for that)

Bunurong-Frankston / Naarm-Melbourne

Born from the raw energy of Melbourne's underground scene, Violet Tendencies performs a fierce blend of punk rock with riot grrrl attitude and intense metal breakdowns.

Based Boonwurrung and Woiworung land between Frankston and Melbourne, we're here to shake things up with unapologetic sound, hard-hitting lyrics, and a live show that leaves you breathless.

No compromises.
No apologies.
Just pure, unfiltered energy.
