I think I'm going thru a depressive episode. I feel dysfunctional, frankly, and I have been feeling so for a while, now.

I'll have to get this fixed; get out of this rut! I can do it, I know I can!

But it feels hard. I need to meditate, I think. Think more, and face my fears and weaknesses; confront myself, face myself; change.

That's what I feel I need to do. That's what I intend to do.

Anyway, feeling good, overall.

I wore shorts, today. Cotton, I think.
