Everybody sucks here. The OQLF is known for being a huge pain to deal with, but also this lady is complaining about their audits that she could have mostly avoided from the start if she had complied with the laws to begin with.

Her complaint about the word nachos is fair, but reading the article, it's the only point from the OQLF that stands out as unreasonable. And if you fail an audit, it only makes sense that they will come again to check that you're making corrections.
