I've been seeing more images like this. It's most certainly done by AI and is intentional.

While I agree that the Toyota Highlander is uninspired, I don't think it was created by AI.

My second gen hybrid is the best mule ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Nearly a quarter million miles and still getting decent fuel economy
