Got some arrachera and made a quick guacamole I put onion, jalapeño, tomato and lemon with some salt and pepper and let it sit for a little so the lemon soaks into the onion along with jalapeño
Then I added avocados
I cooked up the meat on a pan, I don't own a grill currently
I keep the meat in a cast iron dutch oven and use my electric griddle to cook the tortillas. Once everything is cooked I grab one tortilla at a time and use some scissors to cut some meat for the taco. Then I add the guacamole and some store bought salsa from the deli |
