I love exceptionally nerdy and geeky videos that are actually informative and "slice" into a niche topic or rabbit hole. Defunctland's video on fast passes (Summary: history of fast pass and queuing system through DisneyWorld history) is a great example of what I am talking about - but I am struggling to find more of those. Another one (much shorter and not as fitting) is Wendover's "The Design of Airline Route Networks".

What are your highest recommended documentaries / videos that fit the "in-depth and informative videos about weird niche topics" request?
