Anyone got recommendations to printers that can give quality prints like in the picture, without having to play with the settings to much?

Avoid Bamboo printers right now. Lots of concerns about privacy and losing control over printers you already own.

If you're getting into 3D printing, you're going to have to play with settings. I'd also recommend getting real good at printing non-2A things before you even think about printing something that can blow up in your face.

I can't recall all the details since it doesn't directly concern me, but from what I recall they are doing scummy stuff with the firmware like remotely locking features (possibly behind subscriptions), something about lawsuits and modded firmware, and I think some things about telemetry privacy.

From what I gather, they used to be one of the go-to brands, but have become real scummy as of late.
