ADHD sucks. Probably not news to anyone who has to live with it. But, I've found that sometimes I can do relatively benign things that let me get some fun out of my little defective brain.

For instance, today the wife and kids are gone for a couple hours and I have the house all to myself. In these rare situations, I like to put an AC/DC record on and turn the stereo up nice and loud.
The effect is hard to describe but it feels like scratching an itch in my brain. Hence the post title.

Thinking about this got me curious. What do you all do to get your dopamine fix?
