1. After reading the report: To me this sounds not really credible. Stabilising and aiming a quadcopter outside is difficult and doing that with a weapon a dozen meters away pointing at a child is even harder. And why just target children with it? The group of persons that will likely get you into very bad publicity? The whole report is also based on 5 alleged cases (in one case the kid was run over by a car?). There is also no image of a CT scan, photographic evidence of a quadcopter with a gun or other evidence anywhere in the report.
   I think that it's more likely these have been "normal" deaths and a quadcopter was only present in the area.
