It's missing the EU stars and country letter though. Looks like an AI's attempt at a European license plate.

I am european.
The plate is missing a country marker (in the blue rectangle), but upon closer inspection it seems painted over.
Also, the font is weird, but my guess now is that OP changed it for whatever reason.
