Probably not enough. I drink flavored water. I find the taste of purified water odd. I love to drink spring water though. No heat for me. My room is an icebox.

Thankfully not too hot in Seattle today. Only had two glasses of water, though, going to go get another now.

I don’t really track it closely but I typically do 3-4 liters a day in addition to whatever caffeine carrier fits the day (coffee, soda, e-drink)

Part of that is I shifted my stress eating into stress drinking water. Also now i just feel weird if I don’t drink so much.

I drink water all day every day. The first thing I do when I wake up is chug a glass of water. So much so that my wife insisted that I get tested to see if I am diabetic. I am not, I just love water.

I have to pee first, but probably gonna drink another 12oz before laying down. I'm just a thirsty bitch though, ain't no way around it

Well hey stress drinking (water) is a much healthier coping mechanism so good for you.

Sorry you live in a place where tap water is not good. Wherever I lived, except china and India, tap water was always better than bottled water.

In America. Especially inner cities, there is a fear of small amounts of lead in tap water. I still drink it but I flavor it. Old city pipes are made of lead.

Sorry, this is not about you; just a reflection. I've been in the US a couple times and I got my positive and negative impressions.
The more I learn about life in the US, the less it feels like a desirable country to live in.
Not talking about the current political situation, just how life works and quality of life.
