Every day when you are alone like driving, fixing something around the house, or just walking you should describe everything you are doing, seeing, and planning out loud in the language you want to learn (like English or French) for five minutes straight.

Over a year it will change your speaking fluency drastically without ever setting foot in a classroom or doing boring grammar workbook drills (other than the extra 5 mins of talking to yourself).

If you can stick to literally just narrating your daily life out loud for only five minutes per day, I guarantee in about a year you will end up speaking more naturally than 90% of people who just memorize vocabulary apps (provided you actually look up the words you get stuck on lol).

It’s actually absurd how much faster your brain adapts when you force it to form real sentences on the fly instead of just reading them on a screen. Don’t overcomplicate your language skills! Just keep it very simple, get comfortable hearing your own voice, and stick to the basics for real results!.
