This AI fallout feels, in part, as a push for phones as your main household computer, instead of a PC, where this won’t work.

Are people who just use a phone that quick to comply with this crap?

You mean like Microsoft tried to do with Metro?

For those who missed it, Metro was Windows 8's new look, designed to be universal for PC or phone. It didn't get received well.

It's a type of underground rapid transit system used in urban environments, but that's not important right now.
