LPT: Pick one easy option you default to every single day and deliberately take the harder version of it for two weeks. Not a big life change, just one small recurring choice.

Elevator instead of stairs. Car instead of the 12 minute walk. Ordering instead of cooking something simple. Whatever your specific autopilot default is.

Most people try to fix everything at once and burn out in a week. Picking one small recurring decision and consistently choosing the harder option rebuilds something most people have let go soft without noticing: the ability to act against your own comfort impulse on command.

That skill transfers. Once you've proven to yourself you can override the easy default reliably in one small area, it gets noticeably easier to do it in bigger ones, hard conversations, hard workouts, hard decisions you've been putting off.

The two week mark matters. Most people quit around day 3 to 5 when it stops feeling novel and starts feeling like a chore. Push through that and it starts becoming the new default instead of a thing you're forcing.
