I'm feeling good, all things considered... Today wasn't a very good day, with my boss getting on my ass for seemingly no good reason, but other than that I guess it was fine.

Work was fine. I exercised a little, but I did achieve my goals. I read a lot, and I limited screen time. I even wrote a little in my diary.

I'm just feeling good, overall.

I'm feeling a little detached from people, though. I feel they're a burden and annoying... Not good! I wish I wasn't that way, but maybe I just am.

I wore my brown suit trousers.
