Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.

I would like to know which desktop environment is best suited for laptops (GNOME or KDE Plasma).

I have a Lenovo Ideapad and will use it primarily for web browsing, audio and video streaming, occasional light gaming, and rare remote access to my work workstation.

I’ve used both environments before, and I’d like to hear about your experiences with them on laptops.
