For the record I live in the United States. But not the good part. I live in Lesser Carolina. A third world state.

That tells me that I don't have water. It doesn't tell me if other people don't have water. Once water pressure drops below a certain threshold, it warrants a boil wallet advisory. This is a safety issue.
