yeah, unfortunately this is how the law has shaken out. I think the decision is wrong, but it's where it is.

Probably not, games aren't like TV shows. You can just torrent them via Prowlarr if you want, no need for a whole dedicated service.

Fonts are very often used without licensing, so while this is not surprising, it is indeed still awesome.
