I wonder where to start my WN.

I find that novels tend to start just before a critical event. Maybe meaningful things had been happening, or had happened, but the story starts just before something truly monumental, even if it may not seem so at the time, takes place. This makes sense to me, of course, but there's so much more story to tell! What about all the interesting things that happened before! Well, a good author would find ways to weave the interesting bits into the story from that point on, of course. Maybe that's where the art lies, in essence.

I don't know.

Though I do have some semblance of a story in my head, I don't have nearly enough to truly start, I find. I did write a short introductory chapter in my diary, but it's dreadful, to put it nicely. A mess, and corny beyond measure; it's the whole cob, really.

Anyway, I hope to put some words on lines soon enough. Maybe.
