Some rules we try to uphold:

Be civil. Bigotry is not welcome. This includes (but is not limited to): transphobia, queerphobia, racism, ageism and ableism. We do not promote hate.
Communities need to be Retro or Retro-adjacent.

This Wikipedia page concerning a 1968 book about the World Wide Web, "The Global Village" - has never been translated to French language - despite being a world famous historic Canadian author! University of Toronto!

Please help!

Can anyone please translate this page to at least one other language besides English? One of the most important books of our time in 2026 with "Global Village" conflicts.

Thank you!

"You can be a French Canadian or an English Canadian, but not a Canadian. We know how to live without an identity, and this is one of our marvellous resources.” MARSHALL MCLUHAN , 1967
