  2. Asha Sharma (born 1989) is an American business executive who serves as executive vice president (EVP) and chief executive officer (CEO) of Xbox. She succeeded Phil Spencer on February 20, 2026. Previously, Sharma served as President of Microsoft's CoreAI product.
