Like Dr. Phil or not, my advice is to look at it all with the question in mind "is this good for disclosure?". In my opinion this is a firm "yes". His name is massively well known, and so will introduce a large number of new people to the subject. And as shown below, he mentions Grusch, the reverse engineering program, etc.
