no one is saying Iran can do no wrong, but I would contend its more hypocritical to say not all countries are allowed to defend their borders.

Now personally I think the only good and proper long term solution is to abolish all borders and see the world as (original Greek definition of...) "atomic" and (small-c, secular, dictionary definition of...) "catholic," however I recognize that may be hundreds of generations away - so in the mean time I recognize that countries are going to defend their borders and those that can't will be invaded and conquered.
