It's the Guangming Science Park in Japan China.

Nice find! But shenzhen is in China, not japan

Google reverse image search had an image of the same place at day time. I tried to use the dumb AI first, but it was useless for this one

So weird, for some reason I couldn't image search this image and thought it was a problem with the image. All the engines just kept returning garbled images as results. Thanks!
