An abstract, rainy urban street scene at night, rendered in bold brushstrokes and intense neon hues. At the center, a glowing green-blue figure stands in the distance, surrounded by vertical streaks of rain. The wet pavement reflects a kaleidoscope of red, white, and yellow streaks of phantom car light trails, creating a dynamic interplay of motion and light.
