Every single time I have an update mention removing a nvidia package like this, my graphics go poof and I have had to reinstall the whole OS to get rid of a black screen. This has happened about four different times now in the past year and I've even left the computer on overnight before to ensure the system had plenty of time to "rebuild" the graphics/drivers. Here is a picture of the update confirmation: Update Image Is there a way for me to update but not have my graphics be disturbed? For those curious of the graphics card, I'm running an ASUS 980 Ti Strix. Any help is appreciated! Thank You |
