I'm looking for the single strongest piece of evidence, the strongest case, so to speak. Not just your favorite case. Or actually, yes it could be your favorite case if it fits the bill. No worries there.

I'm interested in evidence that would stand up to scrutiny, regardless of whether it ultimately points to extraterrestrial life, another form of non-human intelligence (NHI), or something else. Please explain why you think it's the strongest.

P.S. This summer so far has been great with the gov releasing batches and at least moving the ball forward if any. Sadly, I haven't caught up because of the World Cup! Ooooof!!
