I found an absolute gem of a seed that sets up a god run very nicely.

1. always-cast circle of vigor before mines on an actual decent no shuffle wand

due to world gen, it's trivial to climb the mountain. Travel to the watchtower and use a bomb to dig on the far side, it'll be enough to dig into overgrown cavern (if you see the machine gun turret you're in the right place). The vigor wand is one of the closest wands to this entrance and was fairly safe to get. It also had something like 11 copies of worm thrower.

If you reroll 4th and 5th mountains exactly once each, by the time you get to the bottom you'll have access to the following perks (in this order)

• No More Shuffle
• Tinker with Wands
• Fire immunity
• Electric immunity
• Explosion immunity
• Melee immunity
