[two characters are talking in front a modern city full of skyscrapers]

[blue, annoyed]
I feel betrayed by the current political system!
Let's get rid of it, I want major changes now!

[green]
You naive fool, the only thing we can realistically accomplish is gradual reforms

[blue]
Okay then, I'll vote for you, now please actually do some gradual reforms

[now in a political office, green is sitting behind the desk, dressed in a suit, looking presidential]

[green, smirking smugly while shrugging]
Sorry, best I can do is constantly move to the right to please conservatives, the current political system leaves us no other choice

[blue is looking both pissed and defeated, has no words]
