Hi everyone, can anyone help find an ICC profiles database (e.g. TFT Central's Database or Monitor Unboxed)?

I don't know about a central database, But rtings.com offers ICC file downloads in their reviews.

What is the use-case? If it is for your monitor, you would be better served by purchasing a second-hand color calibration probe and use DisplayCal, especially as screens' colours tend to shift, you should do it regularly.

rtings.com has put partial of their review content behind paywall, including the ICC profiles.

I paid for a membership when they started restricting the comparison tool a few months ago.

Having a pre-calibrated profile from someone else with the same model is better than nothing. A second-hand colour probe is not easily available in all regions, and buying a new one for use maybe twice a year isn't a worthwhile investment for most people since they're only useful for monitors, not TVs. Especially now when OLED monitors are more common, and those require even more expensive colorimeters.
