Let's take a moment to focus on the good. What's gone right for you recently?

My inpatient trauma treatment is half way finished!! Just two more weeks! The exposure therapies have been going well, I’ve had a few good epiphanies, and the meds seem to be helping. I’m happy

I started working out recently. I've always been a healthy person, my job is pretty physically demanding and I eat healthy, but I've always wanted to go a little bit further and look fit or even fully muscular. (thanks tiktok muscle ladies for the inspiration)

The appearance changes are small so far but I'm surprised just how much better I feel moving around my day to day life. Its very strange in a good way to experience feeling more "in control" of my own body.

A good slut phase can do wonders! I hope you have so much fun and cross paths with wonderful, caring people :)

After several entire full-time shifts in a row, I finally managed to assemble a modded Jabberwocky toolhead for our makerspace's new 3d printer! The tolerances were really bad and it took a lot of shaving away material and careful finagling, but it's on there now.
