Blackhawk. A Polish pilot escapes ahead of the Nazi invasion and organizes a team of anti-Fascist flyers from all over the world.

Rose and The Thorn. Rose is a normal woman by day, but at night her other personality, the Thorn, ruthlessly stalks the underworld.

Scalphunter. The name says it all. Native hero in the Wild West.

But they decided to go with a thrid rater who is already in Harley Quinn.

Third-rater? Clayface is one of Batman's biggest villains, at least in all the shows.
