One of the 28tb failed on me a couple weeks back and I expected they’d refund me the $350 I paid last year but they actually sent me a new (manu recertified) drive. I was pleasantly surprised since these drives are over twice what I paid and their warranty policy says that they can give you a refund or drive at their discretion. Thanks to serverpartsdeals. |
