If your pet needs wet food for whatever reason, this is for you. I do recommend pricing it out as it may vary based on type of food, region, etc, but this trick cuts the cost of wet food by 2/3 for our dog.

Buy the dry version of the food you need them on. Get a coffee grinder (small dogs) or a food processor (big dogs). Grind up the food, add water, stir.

My dog is on a prescription food that would cost about $250/month in the canned form. The dry bag is $75/month. 30 seconds of grinding her food for each meal is well worth the price difference!

We have been doing this for about 3 years now. Works perfectly.
