the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said consumers and retailers should not eat, sell, or serve Raw Farm–brand raw cheddar cheese that was sold from January 4 until now. The cheese, and other Raw Farm–brand raw dairy products, have been linked to a multistate outbreak of Shiga toxin–producing Escherichia coli that has sickened at least nine people in three states

I wondered what “raw cheese” was, it’s unpasteurized cheese. It hasn’t been heated to kill bacteria.
