When opening a community (like this one), they did up completely empty. No posts, nothing. Even my own created community is empty even though I've posted multiple things in it. I also don't know if anyone else has since I can't see anything in there.

I can't reproduce this. Please make sure you don't have a filtering rule on that is hiding everything. Eg. hide read posts.
