A dramatic fantasy scene viewed from ground level looking upward at a cloaked figure wearing dark robes and a pointed hat, suspended in mid-air in a forested mountain valley. The figure holds a glowing blue staff while magical bolts arc around their body and extend into the sky. Directly above the figure looms an enormous dark dragon with multiple horns protruding from its head, a long serpentine neck, and a glowing eye trained on the foreground figure. The background shows a lush green valley with dense coniferous forests covering rolling hills and distant mountains under a partly cloudy blue sky.
