I was waiting on news on whether this show was cancelled or not and looked up an article on it and was shocked to find out there are 10 more episodes fully completed that were only released on Paramount Plus in overseas countries like Brazil(where the original show is hugely popular)and Germany. This isn't the first time i've seen something like this happen either-the last five episodes of the Scott Baio sitcom "See Dad Run" were never aired in the U.S. for some unknown reason and were only ever shown in the UK and other places so I had to go through other means to actually see them. Really annoying to say the least. Needless to say once I found that out last night I immediately checked out those unaired episodes through unofficial means, i'm halfway through them and so far i'm really enjoying them, still funny as hell(especially the episode where Rochelle has to serve with Peaches on Jury Duty)and even poignant(there's one episode where an older guy in the neighborhood that Chris really looks up to gets tragically killed and he tries to become a better person so he can get into heaven and see him). Looking forward to seeing the rest of the episodes today. I'd strongly urge any fans of the show to check these episodes out, they're pretty easy to find on Usenet indexers like Easynews. Hope Comedy Central will get off their asses and make them officially available in the US and renew the damn show eventually. |
