Just search "bougie science fiction".

i didn't knew it was a thing. Did you have any thingamajig (book, fiction, youtube video) to help me appreciate this ?
It is a work of fiction but becky chambers "a long way to a small angry planet" feature in an interesting way such a community (more as background caracteres i fear)

Closest i can think of is some open-source bio hacking like the "though emporium", https://fourthievesvinegar.org/, open insulin project.

Sadly, bio hacking and transhumanism, when translated in reality amount to cyberpunk. A way for the wealthy to stay healthy longer and in better health while workers are under-equipped, provided the least amount of health benefits they could, yada yada yada

A lots of stupid startup doing strange stuff in places especially designed with loose regulation as well. All trying to find a new way to exploit humans for profit. I read some stuff about young blood injection for rich people to look younger. They all use terms like biohacking and transhumanism for marketing, no science here.

If you have materials, share them. If it is a shower though, it made me think ;)
Have a nice whatever and stay very safe if you decide to try anything. There is no plan B if your own body reject whatever you tried.

Oh i remember a project where can 3d print an additional thumb prothese (a science experiments to see if you can adapt to new members) and apparently, you can ! yeah ! science !
What does it have to do with anarchy ? i don't know but maybe you do ;)
