I feel somewhat odd. I foresee some light trouble in my future, though it may not come. It's anxiety, I realise, but it pains me nonetheless.

Not much else to add. I'm always hungry and always eager to eat... This upsets me. I think I really need to get back to meditating a little, since I think that kind of helps me fend off the urges to stuff my face endlessly.
